Two-time defending champion Colorado State University Pueblo is the preseason favorite to win the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference’s football title as the 10-school league released the pool Wednesday in conjunction with its kickoff event at Metropolitan State University of Denver’s CAVEA Theater.
The Thunderwolves have won their last 25 RMAC games dating back to the 2023 season during Phil Vigil’s first season at CSU Pueblo, where he replaced John Wristen as the Pack coach.
Wednesday RMAC Kickoff event was streamed “free” on the RMAC network at https://rmacnetwork.com/.
The conference also announced the preseason all-league team.
