Fifth-ranked Ferris State of Michigan posted a 3-0 (25-23, 25-23, 25-19) win over Angelo State of Texas to capture the 30th annual Colorado Premier Challenge at the Regis Fieldhouse on Saturday evening.

It was Ferris State’s second title, as the Bulldogs appeared in their third Colorado Premier Challenge title match. Gabby Piazza was honored as the Colorado Premier Challenge’s most valuable player.

The school won the 2015 title.  The 12-school event was played on Friday and Saturday at Regis and MSU Denver.  Here are Saturday’s results.
