Monday: Football & Volleyball

Football (Week 2 Honors — Announced Sept. 14, 2026)

• Offensive Player of the Week: Navi Bruzon (So., QB, CSU Pueblo) – Completed 22-of-27 passes for 421 yards and 4 touchdowns in a win against Colorado School of Mines.

• Defensive Player of the Week: Dante Vigil (So., LB, Colorado Mesa University) – Recorded a career-high 17 tackles in a road victory over South Dakota Mines.

• Special Teams Player of the Week: Lucas Schmitten (Jr., K, Fort Lewis College) – Nailed a walk-off 37-yard field goal in overtime to defeat New Mexico Highlands.

Volleyball (Week 3 Honors — Announced Sept. 14, 2026)

• Offensive Player of the Week: Cate Warren (South Dakota Mines)

• Defensive Player of the Week: Allie Allen (Colorado Christian University)

• Setter of the Week: Krista Traynor (Colorado Christian University)

Tuesday: Soccer (Men & Women)

Men’s Soccer (Week 2 Honors — Announced Sept. 8, 2026)

• Offensive Player of the Week: Yohann Fila (UCCS) – Tallied 5 points (2 goals, 1 assist) helping secure a draw against top-ranked Midwestern State and a win over Lubbock Christian.

• Defensive Player of the Week: Pedro Martinez Castro (CSU Pueblo) – Anchored the defense to limit Newman to just four shots on goal.

• Goalkeeper of the Week: Hugo Sjöberg (UCCS) – Recorded 10 saves and a 1.00 GAA across two matches.

Women’s Soccer (Week 2 Honors — Announced Sept. 8, 2026)

• Offensive Player of the Week: Bella Campos (Colorado School of Mines)

• Defensive Player of the Week: Bella Torres (Colorado School of Mines)

• Goalkeeper of the Week: Rian Barthel (Black Hills State University)

Wednesday: Cross Country (Men & Women)

Cross Country Runners of the Week (Announced Sept. 9, 2026)

• Men’s Runner of the Week: Brett Davis (UCCS) – Won the individual title at the UCCS Rust Buster with an 8K time of 25:25.9, leading the Mountain Lions to a first-place team finish.

• Women’s Runner of the Week: Ainara Sainz de Rozas (Regis University) – Set a course and school record with a first-place time of 17:07.7 at the UCCS Rust Buster, winning by 40 seconds and earning USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week honors.

Thursday: Golf (Men & Women)

• Note: RMAC golf player of the week awards are traditionally distributed during the spring championship season. Weekly conference awards are not currently active for the fall tournament slate.
