The National Association of Basketball Coaches announced on July 15 that Colorado Mines, Denver, UC Colorado Springs, and Western Colorado are recipients of the 2023-24 NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards and NABC Honors Court. These awards represent achievement in the classroom by 360 men’s college basketball schools and over 2,100 players

The NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards recognize men’s basketball programs that completed the 2023-2024 academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher. The NABC Honors Court, meanwhile, includes junior, senior and graduate student men’s basketball players who finished the 2023-2024 year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
