The college football rankings are out and Colorado, Colorado Mesa, Colorado Mines, Colorado State Pueblo and Colorado Western are listed in the coaches polls.

In the FBS, CU is receiving votes in both the ASSOCIATED PRESS and American Football Coaches Association polls. In an article in THE ATHLETIC, the Buffs were listed 44th among the 134 schools in the subdivision. Colorado State was listed 108th and Air Force 120th.

In NCAA Division II AFCA rankings, Western Colorado moved into the top at No. 8. After being upset at Colorado Mesa last weekend, Colorado Mines fell to No. 12. CSU Pueblo improved from a tied for 18th to the No. 16 slot this week.

Due to its 14-13 victory over Mines in Grand Junction Saturday, Colorado Mesa received votes in the AFCA poll. The setball saw the Orediggers fall out of the AFCA top 10 for the first time in 27 editions. Mines has now appeared in the top 25 for 68 consecutive pollings.

In the D2Football.com rankings, Western Colorado is listed 10th, CSU Pueblo 14th and Colorado Mines 15th. Last week, Mines was seventh in the D2Football.com poll with Colorado Western 12th and CSU Pueblo 19th.

On the schedule this Saturday, Colorado and Colorado Mines are at home hosting Kansas State and South Dakota Mines, respectively. Western Colorado, CSU Pueblo and Colorado Mesa are on the road for games at Black Hills State, Fort Lewis and Adams State, respectively.

Other games have San Jose State at Colroado State, and Air Force and Northern Colorado traveling to games at New Mexico and Weber State, respectively.
